I'll continue to explore options to give Collections Committee tools that enhance communications in the interest of discussing and reviewing items proposed for acceptance in the Permanent, Education, Archive, Library or other collections at The Quilters Hall of Fame.
THE PROCESS:
1. Monthly or quarterly - images of proposed gift are uploaded to blog with description and measurements of items.
2. Email is sent to Collections Committee Members with a link to the blog imbedded for immediate access.
3. Collections Committee Members review item images, and use the COMMENTS field at the bottom of each post to make recommendations, ask questions, or indicate their interest in either accepting or declining the proposed gift.

4. Items are processed into TQHF Collections (Deed of Gift paperwork initiated) or item(s)returned.

When you click on the "COMMENT" link at the bottom of the post a box pops up that will allow you to enter your comments. Comments will be seen ONLY by other committee members and TQHF Executive Director.
